Peter is a Registered Private Certifier and able to issue the following certificates:
Fast Track Building Approval
Save time and money by applying for a Complying Development Certificate. The certificate is a combined planning and construction approval for homes and businesses. You can receive approval in as little as 20 days, provided the proposal meets development standards.
Get Your Project Started
You must have a Construction Certificate before you start any building on your project. We can organise for a timely approval and ensure your construction plans and development specifications are consistent with the development consent, complying with the Building Code of Australia.
At the completion of a project, the applicant is required to obtain an occupation certificate. The Occupation Certificate authorises the occupation and use of a new building or building section.
The Certifier must inspect building work at specific stages to determine consistency with approved plans, and compliance with legislative requirements and conditions of consent.
Fast Tracked Approval Pathway
A Complying Development Certificate combines the functions of both a development consent and a construction certificate in a singular form; it’s invaluable for fast-tracking the approval process! This can be issued for one and two storey homes, renovation projects, pools, sheds, carports, as well as a host of other development types.
In order for the Complying Development Certificate to be approved, the project must adhere to the relevant development standards set out in the Housing Code under the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008.
Build with Confidence
Before you’re able to undertake any building project, you must first apply for a Construction Certificate. This certificate, which can only be issued by a Registered Certifier or local council, confirms that the construction plans and engineering specifications adhere to the requirements of the Development Consent and all other legal parameters.
We'll provide you with the support required to help you obtain your Construction Certificate. Peter will provide a reliable, efficient service, detailing all areas that need to be addressed. Your project is our priority!
Maximising Safety
Peter will inspect your building project at critical stages, ensuring your project is consistent with approved plans and legislative requirements. The following are the areas we can provide critical stage inspection and certification for.
At the final stage of construction, Peter will have carried out the necessary inspections required for obtaining an Occupation Certificate (OC).
Finalising the Process
As the name suggests, an Occupation Certificate (OC) needs to be obtained to authorise the use and occupation of the new building or building section.
Peter will carry out the necessary inspections and obtain the paperwork required to issue an occupation certificate. We are committed to helping you transition to your new property.
